What to Expect at Your Meet & Greet

At your meet & greet, Skyla will walk you through and have you sign a simple pet care agreement that covers the following:

  Services & Scheduling — How services are booked, confirmed, and adjusted

  Payment Terms — Payment is due after each service via Venmo or cash. Additional pets add $10 each; holiday bookings add $10

  Cancellation Policy — 24 hours notice required. Late cancellations (under 24 hrs) are subject to a 50% service fee

  Pet Health & Behavior Disclosure — Disclosure of any health conditions, behavioral concerns, or special needs

  Emergency Vet Authorization — Permission to seek veterinary care in an emergency if you can’t be reached

  Liability Terms — Outlines mutual responsibilities between you and Four Paws Forward

  Home Access & Safety — Key or code handoff, lock-up procedures, and home safety notes
• 📸
  Photo & Media Release — Optional permission to share pet photos on social media (you choose yes/no below)

  Failure to Pay — Unpaid balances may incur a late fee; service may be paused until the balance is resolved
